Return Policy
60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee If within 60 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a complete refund minus any applicable shipping charges. Provided that the product is in brand new, unused, and salable condition. Any returns not meeting these criteria, or that are beyond 60 days may be subject to additional restocking fees.

Backorder Policy
We work hard to keep our inventory up to date on our site. It is unusual that an item will be back-ordered but if it does you will be sent an e-mail stating what has been back-ordered. Shipping Policies
We normally ship all in stock items within 3 business days once payment is received and information is confirmed. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS or USPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. You will be notified via e-mail upon this occurrence. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders and out of stock items may take longer. The total shipping charge is determined by the final shipping weight of all the items in your cart.

Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, please contact us via e-mail as soon as you find any defect.
